Monroy and his team were amazing. They are honest,timely, and communicative. The job on our roof was difficult and Monroy and his men were great. It’s hard to believe what some of the bigger name companies charge. Do yourself a favor, call Monroy, you will not regret it. Botched chimney flashing repair

I hired Monroy to replace my chimney flashing that was leaking inside the house and causing water damage to the wall in an upstairs bedroom and my living room below. The job also included caulking the J-channel that ran up and down the entire chimney. Jeff charged $2950 for the job and had a man named Carlos come do the work. Carlos missed caulking a section of the J-channel which is leaking into the house now. After another day of rain the original flashing leak is still leaking so I consider this a complete failure. I had already had the inside wall tore open so I can clearly see the leaks.

Very satisfied with our kitchen and bath flooring, and bathroom vanity install project from beginning to end. Prompt response from the office as well as Jeff ( the project’s supervisor). Jeff came within a few days of our request and responded quickly with an estimate. He scheduled the work within a few days, while also working with our schedule. Jeff was very professional and accommodating, and also easily available by phone and text. He and the workers always arrived when he said they would. The workers were very polite and worked diligently.  We are impressed that Jeff responded immediately to a minor fix that we discovered after the final payment. Monroy came the next day to give us an estimate for our wind damage to our siding that was ripped off during a recent storm - professional and precise … was able to match our siding and also install new motion flood light -
They were able to complete side of our home in one day and they cleaned all of excess siding!

I would highly recommend Monroy - efficiency and reasonably priced!!!
